Recommended Articles for the Week of January 4
Here are my favorite reads for the week:
- I just found Cheap Eats. What a great idea. I used to rely on frozen dinners and probably could have used these reviews. The writer’s on break, but there’s plenty to explore.
- David Tennant’s On-Set Good-bye. Tennant was a great Doctor because he is such a versatile and wonderful actor, but also, because he embraced the entire experience of being the Doctor. He did conventions, charity events, video logs, etc. I never got the sense that he was ashamed of this undertaking but seeing it for what it was—a role with traditions, histories, and a fanbase who expect better.
