Blue Line Studio April Art Show
Blue Line Studio is a not-for-profit arts organization in Chicago. This April, they are having a series of Saturday shows, with the first show being this Saturday, the 12. In conjunction with National Poetry Month, the theme is “visual*verse*city–about the word in art.”
If you’ve never been to an art show, this is a great one with which to start. It’s free, there’s food and drinks, and most importantly, it’s casual. Come as you are.
The space is a cool live-work artists condo complex. Here are some photos from last month’s “ChicArt” show. The artists displaying in April are: Alice Brozofsky, George Berlin, Batya Hernandez, Andrew Krzak, Kevin Lahvic, Rebekah Lieto, Lisa Rivas, Sangita Sinha, Bill van Werden, Christian Villacres, Jen Weinshenker, and Julie Wishmeyer.
