griot, good point. I couldn’t make it to Shiloh in the time I had so I would feel bad about including it. I’m just going to have to return to the state and find out what my recommendation should be.

You missed Shiloh (aka Pittsburg Landing)! A bit more remote but an easy drive from Nashville and an amazingly intact battlefield area.
