Ms. Smarty Pants Know It All

Here are my favorite reads from the past week:

• Rebuilding Eden with A Nation of Slobs. I hate littering. It’s one of my top pet peeves because the act is all attitude and no sense. When you live in Chicago, a garbage can is never that far away. When you live in Chicago, everyone carries around a bag—both men and women. And don’t even get me started on people who toss things out of their car windows. Thanks for considering our shared space as your private garbage dump.
• The Wall Street Journal with Where Old Gadgets Go To Breathe New Life. I haven’t tried any of the sites yet, but I didn’t know such services existed. Reduce, reuse, and recycle for money? I’m all for that.
