The Motley Fool with Financial Literacy: Now More Important Than Ever I used to shake my head at my friends and co-workers who were not educating themselves on their financial needs and future. With this economic downturn, they are even more intimidated. Basic money skills—saving, emergency funds, debt-free living, retirement planning, etc.—are not that hard to learn. The Motley Fool is a good place to start.
