Buy a House for $7500 in Detroit

In December, the median price for the houses that sold in Detroit was $7500. That is such a hard fact for me to wrap my head around.
Mark this in the have-money-to-make-money column, but imagine if you had a somewhat significant business to relocate. You could buy up entire blocks of houses, move your business, and sell those houses back to the new labor force at a significant profit.
Detroit will probably reward major perks to any medium sized employer willing to go there.
